Not accomodating. Tried to call them to set up for an appointment, we couldnt agree to set a date on my first attempt to book an appointment as they were busy. I tried to call 2 days later, and the lady that I spoke with suddenly was dead silent after asking if I could book an appointment. I tried calling again, and it was showing on my phone line busy". I tried calling a couple of hours later

I just had a haircut today at Wairau Hair Design. And I was very happy with the result. THOMAS my hair stylist is super awesome. He spends time with his clients and will take time making adjustments. No rush at all. Irina was lovely to at the reception very welcoming. I cannot wait for my next appointment.

First visit today definitely not the last.I'm not someone who gets hair done often - Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and the place is totally unpretentious. No hard up sell of 'you must buy this aftercare product' just fantastic results and great team :) so happy with my colour and cut!!

Had an awesome experience at Wairau Hair Design yesterday. Thomas was my hair stylist and he really took his time and care with my hair and listened to what I wanted. I walked out a very happy customer. The salon is warm, bright and well spaced aswell.
