Really good service , even able to email me receipts months later so I could claim insurance . Physio Nick was professional and was able to assist with a neck issue I was having of which my GP was unable to determine the issue .

I used to go here years ago and loved it. Rejoined after several years of living overseas and now feel like the place is in serious need of an upgrade. The equipment is old and doesn’t work very well. The lockers in the changing rooms are rusty and half are broken. The pool area usually smells musty and the shower in there is falling apart. The class selection is limited. A few upgrades would go a long way…

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient towel service, and has a great sauna, steam room, and spa to relax in after a good work out or just a long day at work. Never seems to be too crowded so it's easy to get your work out in and use all the facilities. The patrons here are also generally quite friendly and respectful, which contribute to an overall safe and comfortable environment.
