BE VERY CAREFUL. PLEASE CALL NZ CUSTOMS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE. GIVE THEM THE NUMBER PLATE. They will tell you immediately what state your vehicle came into the country. Bought an undamaged vehicle to only find it had been bought in damaged repaired. Even with proof given from NZ customs this man was in total denial and was not prepared to come to the party and do the right thing.. Left with a bill for repairs to a supposedly undamaged vehicle.

Terrible experience. Went there to look at cars and was told I could only test drive one of them, And only if I was going to buy it the same day. How are you meant to buy a car without even being able to compare them. Their excuse was that there was a big price difference in the two cars, but they never asked for proof of funds even. Very poor attitude.EDIT: in response to the owners comment, I had never said that I wanted to take it for a spin purely to see how it goes. I wanted to compare the two so that I could then make a decision on whether to go with the gti model, or the newer tsi model.I wont post the registration, but I will say I did end up finding a GTI elsewhere that I did purchase, where I was able to take it for a test drive.EDIT 2: Even go down the road to 3GS auto, much better customer service, and much nicer about everything too.EDIT3: Just want to say purely from the owners response you should be able to see what he thinks of you even wanting to compare cars. Don't go here

Excellent service. Bought a car that we are still very happy with over 6 weeks later. Sorted everything out for us…. Insurance etc. Will buy from them again.

Awesome service from Craig and the team, no pressure and hassle free. I'm loving my new Audi and highly recommend these guys. A special mention to Daisy who made the purchase and finance process so easy. Will definitely be back for my next car.

Be careful guys, when you are trying to buy a car from this dealer, he would cheat on you. Craig pretend that he is helping you out. But in fact he would push your head down and make you cannot think logically, these loans and insurance arent helping you out, I requested finance support and Craig added another $3000 on top of everything. They tend to boil you softly without you could notice. The AA check would be fake, I mean, wof don't accept when it is less than 3mm of the tyre, and it is 3mm on both front tyres. A lot of whispers is happening between the dealer and insurance companies.If you want to buy a good car that you wouldn't regret, try somewhere else.In reply to Craig: you have saved my time exposing yourself, such a man of no shame

Went to buy a small cat that had been advertised on trade me for at least a month. Cash buyer. The older sales man was great. Craig was rude and dismissive, making it clear he had a preferred customer to deal with. Even though the car was perfect, with others on the lot that might have met need, we will not be returning. If he is that rude in a sales situation I dread to think what his after market service is like.

Great team, made the whole process quick and easy. Was in and out with a new van in an hour. They raced down to put a new AA warrant of fitness on it and register it. The van had a fresh service and was in great condition. Highly recommend the team, one stop shop for everything you need.
