Rang and left a message, didn’t get any phone call back. I myself called them back two days later and was told ‘we don’t see animals for second opinions’Horrid service and I would not use this place again. Lady on the phone was rude and not helpful or sympathetic for my situation with my loved kitty cat.

Appalling service. We have been using this vet for both our dogs for the three years we have lived in Mosgiel. Yesterday my dog suddenly started yelping and collapsed with paralyzed rear legs. I rushed him in to the vets. Carried him in and was told to take him somewhere else because someone was off sick. Took him to Murray's. Within 5 minutes, he was in bed and I was told they xray him and get back to me. It's not that hard.

Great experience! On time- I was seen straight away! In the apt I felt listened to and reassured. The vet was lovely and went above and beyond what I’d booked in for, and offered some great advice! :)

First visit to this facility today with my cat. Very impressed with facilities and service. Vet was lovely and very through. Recommend.
