The Doctors here extremely horrible. I went to see Dr Rolando Perez. He had no empathy and no interest in hearing what i had to say. He had a really bad attitude and me and my partner could tell he just could not wait to get rid of us, as soon as we entered his practice. He didn't even let my partner talk while describing the medical concerns we had. We couldn't stop wondering why be a doctor

I've been a patient here for years. I paid for the consult before seeing the Doctor, the receptionist lacked customer care skills. I had an appointment for 2pm, everyone else who came later got seen. I asked reception Do i still have an appointment" She was like "Oh my bad

I wish I could give anything below zero I had appointment for 2.30pm but I was not seen till 4pm girls at reception are very very rude need to teach customer service

Was told there was space to be seen in the next 20 minutes, we made our way down within 20 minutes as instructed.Then told at reception that the limit was in place but they will see us as we had discussed on the phone, filled out all the forms with my three year old who was in pain. After waiting we were then told we wouldnt in fact be seen and should go to the 24 hour surgery instead. Complete time waste when there is a child in pain and needing care. Just tell someone to go to the 24 hour surgery if there is any doubt and save everyones time.

Have been a patient here for over 20 years never had a bad experience have a great rapport with all nurses and reception staff. Is open 12 hours 7 days

So useless been here since 10am currently 4pm kept getting told 1 hour, 6 hours later… still here most useless place ever. Never recommend to anyone they only care about getting money especially if your from oversees, $150 overseas yet nz residents $20 should get shut down.

Before leaving a negative review, I tried to reach out to management at Moorhouse Medical on three separate occasions but was ignored each time. The receptionists and nurses were very good during my 3 year stint as a Moorhouse Medical patient, so that's why I'm giving any stars. I saw at least 5 or 6 different doctors during that time, as they never stuck around for long and I was never informed that my GP had left before being passed around to another doctor. On one occasion I was diagnosed with a serious illness and was never informed, I only found out later when I happened to be reading through my own medical records. On another occasion I had a truly dreadful experience with a doctor that left me so scared, I couldn't face seeing a doctor when I needed one. I was also entitled to a government subsidy on my doctors fees and despite me asking about this numerous times, I was not given the subsidy for around 12 months after I enrolled. I've since been able to change doctors and have never had a negative experience with any GP aside from those I dealt with at Moorhouse Medical.

Charlette on reception is AMAZING!!!, I called very unhappy with my doc for not doing a referral he was meant to, she called me back within minutes, arranged appointment for the same day at no charge and got me in front of a doc who genuinely cared. 6/5 stars for her, she deserves a pay rise!!!The other older lady at reception could learn a few things from Charlette about how to communicate and show empathy as she is stuck in the 60's and should consider retirement . Thanks again Charlette, keep up the amazing work

I've been charged $90 basically for nothing. The first thing I have advised to the reception is we've been registered GP somewhere else but they can't see us today. And we have been told their doctor can see us.However we waited and when we see the doctor, we have been told he can't give medical advice or any treatment because we were not registered in this Clinic???A waste of money. Don't come if you're not registered with them.First time in my life hearing someone can't give treatment because he's not my GP, I've used several others even online GP while travelling and all of them can diagnose and give out treatment.The star is for the receptionist, they were friendly and very helpful. They even have helped with booking an urgent appointment with our GP.
