Think Water Bay Of Plenty

Asked Think Water Te Puke to recommend and install a replacement pump for a shallow well on our property. Pump initially worked but later in the year, in summer, when the water table lowered it was unable to draw water.The technician who installed the pump agreed it was not fit for purpose but flatly refused to refund the cost of the pump and installation. Have ended up having to rebuild the old pump.Do not use this company under any circumstance. It was, for me, a $3500.00 waste of time and money.I would not wish this experience on anyone else.I don’t know who else to recommend in the area but you could hardly do worse.

Think water are my first call to maintain my country water supply. Always quickly on the job and although it may be a year or two since the last call always have the correct bits and pieces with them to do a quick efficient job
