Gemma is a breath of fresh air. She is professional in her approach, has a fun and down to earth energy and is extremely passionate about the epic mahi she is doing in the world. Gemma embodies all of the work that she shares which means it is always authentic and grounded in her own lived experience. Gemma is an incredible leader and pillar of support and I just absolutely love working with her!

I had the honour of being part of the first No New Things cohort. At the time I was in a transitional phase, stepping away from the path laid out for me and onto one I get to lay myself. At the time I was scared of what that journey might entail and the unknown was immobilising more often than not.Gemma was pivotal in learning to hold my vision over my circumstance.For anyone going through a season of change and is wanting to expand their consciousness with like valued people along the way, I would highly recommend No New Things!!

Gemma has a beautiful energy. She recently helped me with some business support and it was everything I needed and more. She has a very loving, supportive energy ❤️

Gemma’s expertise is priceless. Completing no new things with her gave me insight to myself and my surroundings. On completion of this course I started a new emotionally demanding role and had the tools to draw boundaries, let go of situations that were not helpful to myself and monitor my urge to put pleasing people before my own needs. I would recommend Gemma’s coaching to anyone who is ready to live their best life and be brutally honest with themselves.

I loved working with Gemma! I felt seen and heard and there was no moment where I felt like I was weird or 'too much. Gemma is a great coach and the NO New Things programme was a game changer for me. I loved that I could connect and be there for other participants. The community aspect is brilliant. It feels good to know that you are not alone in your journey.

I am so grateful I found Gemma and her programme! No new things was exactly what I was looking for, it gave me the tools and resources I needed. The weekly group calls helped to keep myself accountable. I was able to push through discomfort and grow both in my business and personal life.

Gemma helped me to be fierce with my intuition, and embrace my role as a strong leader in my young family. Before participating in No New Things, I doubted my caring instincts, and wouldn't let myself exercise them. But now, I have been encouraged to use my strengths to be the great dad and husband that I *already was* before taking part in No New Things - hence the name! Thank you Gemma for providing me with a portal to find my true, strong self, and make life better for my stepdaughter and my wife, who has noticed big changes in my confidence and initiative.

I discovered No New Things at a stage in my life where I had unintentionally landed on the hamster wheel, struggling to catch a minute for myself. With two toddlers waking us up 2-4 times a night and a small business to manage, my wife and I were stretched pretty thin. I didn't realise it initially, but since I'd become a parent, my mindset had slowly shifted to focus on the limiting aspects of my life, and I desperately needed a reset to help me re-take the reigns. My experience with Gemma and No New Things was better than I ever could have imagined, and I'm immensely thankful for the impact it's had on my life. The tools and wisdom shared within the course would benefit anyone, regardless of their past, current stage of life, or individual challenges. Overall, the experience was empowering, leaving me with greater self-awareness and control over my thoughts, feelings and actions. The program takes you on a journey, gently enabling you to better connect with your intuition and physical being, which for many of us, is a critical skill we have failed to nurture throughout our lives. The best feature was the opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded individuals who all share the same passion for personal growth and that fully invest in your success.No New Things - If you're on the fence my advice is to jump in, take control and invest in yourself, no one else can do it for you.

I can’t fully put into words how Gemma and NNT, has made a profound impact on my life but one of the best ways I can describe it is through a story.Today I was running a workshop (a normal thing day in my mahi) I had several moments of choice points, the first being choosing to open the meeting with karakia, something I would often shy away from / delegate. Today I did it, it was by no means perfect but I did it, I knew I could and I did it. At the end of the workshop someone challenged me, normally I would of lost it, either during or after. Instead I managed to hear the challenge respond calmly and deescalate my self sabotaging brain. So basically what I am saying is NNT still continues to help me grow and navigate even nearly a year later.Also I met the most amazing group of people in my cohort who helped me grow and I watched them grow alongside me. Thank you Gemma for such an amazing opportunity.
