What an amazingly friendly and easy service! All the staff are so bubbly that any unease is swept away as soon as you arrive. Knowledgeable staff and great technology (their laser hair removal is the best!).

Had micoblading done by Sanni!Sanni is an absolute asset to Off & On Takapuna. Her customer service skills are amazing, especially appreciated the follow up phone call between the initial and follow up session. So many people have commented on my brows, saying what a great job had been done and that they would love to see Sanni for their own first or follow up appointments.Loved my experience so much that I have now booked in for a consult on other treatments. It's going to be hard to equal Sanni's level of care and attentiveness but I'm sure the team will be fab.

If you're planning on getting your first Brazilian , this place will sweep away all your worries and anxieties. The ladies here are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable. The facility is also clean and they have an awesome laser machine that makes you soooo smooth :)
