Horrible customer service displayed by Joy. Instead of serving me, she was busy answering a call from a workmate Laura. At least another staff was decent enough to put Joy in her place and serve the customer first. Despite that she continuous picked up the phone. How stubborn and rude. The 2 star is for the customer centric guy who intervened and NOT for Joy. Will not be visiting this store even though I ordered uniform for my hubby....I will be cancelling and buying from the website. With customer service representative like Joy - it's no wonder online shopping is picking up.
