Yazmin who works there was so helpful and friendly, I was looking for eyelashes and glue and she helped me get everything I needed , gave me tips and tricks on how to apply them . And it actually worked

Went toy shopping. Found a terrific selection, very tidy. Although there were a couple of displays set up that ment pushchairs could not get to some areas in the baby section, seemed poor planning

There are two Farmers in Taupo and they're right across the street from eachother. One, this building, is for clothing and makeup, while the building across the street is for home decor, small appliances and bedding.There is a makeup department that looks like a department store with perfumes and I believe a sales agent that will suggest beauty products. Prices seemed a bit steep for New Zealand wages. $15 for a bottle of Revlon nail polish seemed incredibly spendy.There are a lot of women's clothing but I wasn't impressed with anything in particular.I ended up buying a nail polish (not Revlon.) I was asked if I had a shopper's card. As a visiting American, I didn't. I asked if it changed the price, and the cashier told me no. I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of a shopper's card is if it's not a discount card.Store was clean and well lit. Met expectations. 3 stars.Visited February 2023.

Recognising two lovely ladies;Rosella, Manchester/Beddings and Michelle from Homeware, the moment you step in their area, you are genuinely greeted with a smile and offered assistance. They are very professional, well mannered and knows their area very well. They offered a kind approach and made you feel relax whilst browsing around. They have truly shown what an exceptional customer service be like and a good example for all the Farmers Team Members. I hope your Managers will recognise you with your efforts, all the best and keep up the good work., as both of you are truly a gem in your department. Thank you for the lovely experience.
