I bought a Nova 2000 vape kit and after 5 months became faulty. Because they only offer 3 months warranty on kits. They don't even want to know about it. Consumer Affairs has a different opinion on the matter. They say everything we buy from a Retailer has to last a reasonable amount of time. Or it gets fixed,replaced or refunded. Like I said. They don't back there products. I'm taking matter to small claims which will rule in my favour. So there's plenty of different stores I can spend my $100.00 a month at on e juice and coils. I recommend Vapo.

Didn't like went in to purchase a specific product... Took quite a while before I got served just stood there waiting while staff talking, didn't have but never even tried to offer a alternative just said nah we don't sell those seemed like he wasn't even interested or want to be there

Been coming here for about 6 years, staff have changed over time but I love this team. I drive about 20 mins just to come to this specific store. They look after you, really friendly and always willing to help!!

Came in last Sunday from out of town and the two ladies at the front desk were amazing! That type of customer service can’t be taught!

BEWARE!!!They sell poor-quality glass stems that don't even last a week. Chipped off the handle in 3 days after purchase. I went back to them with the receipt and they denied to acknowledge their poor quality of the product and rather blammed me. Won't go back anytime.Glasswares are fragile, I understand but this is not the flask neither did I drop it. It just chipped off and the head came off the stem while normal usage. The owner straight away denied listening and told me to buy another one.Reply to the owner:Like I said, it did not run it through cold water when it was hot, but, I simply tried lifting it with the tiny handle that is part of the product. It was very poorly build that it chipped away breaking the head of the cone from the stem completely. Mishandling cannot cover up for the fact that a $15, 3 inch glass product is very poorly built.
