Following a very frustrating and unsuccessful listing with a large Real Estate Company, Uber Real Estate was recommended to me. My house sale had become urgent and the previous company had told me my property was not a good fit for them. Danny came to see the property and listed it the very next day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the special character of my home and pointed out all it's great selling points. He checked over every inch of the property and gathered every bit of information needed to promote it and fully inform potential buyers. His knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism was very heartening after the very mediocre efforts and disorganisation of the previous company . His attention to detail, honesty and his relatability gave me new hope in what was a desperate situation for me. Then he put his money where his mouth was and proceeded to get way more clients through the property at every open home than the previous company and he worked his butt off promoting all the positive selling points. I knew without a doubt that this agent and his company were working for me, for me, not for their commission. And their commission was very affordable compared to their counterparts.
