By 9 p.m., I arrived in Queenstown. Thank you for your patience while my luggage was being delivered. Patience and fast professional support aided me in expediting the car pickup process. The vehicle is not new, but it has been thoroughly cleaned. That makes me happy because the rental fee is reasonable. The car is in fantastic working order.

I understand what it means to rent such a cheap car in Queenstown. I didn't expect 5 stars service I just expected a car that was safe to drive with my trip. But to my surprise, everything from picking up the car to returning the car was very smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.

Following up with my friend’s rental, we paid all the excess fee including snow chains. We asked to upgrade with our own money and say if we could get snow chains for free since both cars have tyre problems and we haven’t drive it for 15mins. Now on the social platform, they start to push problems again saying we’re lying so be aware. Their manger not communicate with us until we decided not to waste time and left branch to file police report. None of people were sent to repair, we have to change it our own. They’re still avoiding to explain why took just the same amount of deposits to fix the tyre!

Jun is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the service and chat with him. Eventhough it was a busy day but Jun kept us informed and provide us the rental car earlier than the expected booking. Highly recommended and good luck for everything Jun....all the best !

Could be a much better experience although booking a car online was super easy but the experience afterwards picking up was delayed, the office person was on the phone and then took so much time to provide us with the car keys. Ive realised that its cheaper to get the insurance in the office on the day. Their policy was tank in full but the car we got was with almost an empty tank. There was very little effort to show me how to operate the car etc. I showed the pictures of the fuel tank after departing and he said they will refund me the fuel cost as I returned the vehicle with full tank. A great effort as promised that id be refunded the petrol cost which they did refund to me, thats great. I was careful to first inspect the outside of the car and showed the damages and he said that we are fully insured so no problem. But partly my problem as I should have reported the car with an empty tank on the spot but we already lost two hours of our site seeing time there so I filled the tank in full. Overall I think it's best for them to first make sure they inspect the vehicle first and tell customers upfront the condition. But overall I must say not greatly affected our experience coz we had the time.
