So, I was just playing on my computer then oh no! my Har drive exploded from the pure intensity I was gaming at, the people in this place fixed me up real nice and easy and I was ready to go and game it out on my pc!!!!!! (please don't judge my computer set up)

First time user. Love this company, what a great experience from start to finish. Management is professional, gets a Qualified Geek to your home as soon as possible. We loved the home service as we can learn. David was so cool and we loved the way he used analogies we lay people can understand. Their pricing is really competitive. Will use again. The whole experience was great.

Brilliant service which I would highly recommend. Took my laptop in for a booked diagnostic at 9 as it was running very slow. Got a text message before 11 to say it was ready. Friendly and helpful staff who showed me what the problem was. Very reasonable.

Excellent remote cleanup of HP Beats desktop Dec 2022. Remained on the phone and Sam walked me through everything I wanted and more. Machine is noticeably more efficient and less cluttered. Great suggestions on sensible modifications to it as well. Won't be gong anywhere else for this kind of support in the foreseeable. Many thanks again.
