Good friendly staff, they are a small company that strive to give the best service possible

Have been some teething problems with the commuter routes and I imagine the flow on problems from the large increase in fleet size.Overall has been an excellent company to deal with. Having to drop snapper was an annoyance but they have provided multiple ways in which you can pay for your fare (which are easy enough online), with the generous remarks that if usage increased then fares could drop. Drivers have been excellent and incredibly generous, helping out with a free fare on occasion and always being friendly when greeting you.

The timetable for the commuter service is terrible. I have no idea when the return service is going to be at my actual stop. I've been here 20mins with no idea if I've missed it. It's also not that cheap especially considering how old and run down the buses are.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I utilized NZ Coach for my wedding transport - they were late, left guests behind and didn't know how to get to the venue. My guests had to navigate and I had to call my guests to get the bus to turn around to pick up the other guests the bus left behind. It was so BAD!DON'T DO IT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Terrible driver, one just about nocked me of my Scotter today, just didnt care, he was full of kids of to have a swim, I would not recommend this croud for taking kids, they will see a accident soon

Awesome ride on the double decker bus yesterday, driver was excellent and got along with everyone. My daughter loved travelling around with her family for the day. Awesome service and thankyou☺☺☺

This company owe me $855.31 and wont pay their bill for the work we did. Now they ignore us when we make contact. UPDATE : finally paid , a year overdue.

N.Z Coach services lost a bag from their bus on the 27th of Janurary travelling south at the bottom of Pukerua Bay hill into my lane (heading north) and lucky I was able to avoid it hitting me or we would have been on T.V for all the wrong reasons. I managed to pull over and retrieve the bag before any other vehicles could hit it and was able to track down the owner after 4 days through social media and no thanks to the bus company. The young girl who owned the bag asked the driver at her stop where her bag was and was told to go home and she would be contacted. That didn't happen. She was not given any form to fill out so I don't know how they were going to contact her. I rang N.Z Coach services and spoke to the manager Jim and told him what happened. He had also been contacted by a social worker in charge of the young girl and was told the young girl must have thrown the bag out the window. Jim had a different attitude when I spoke with him and said he just wanted to make it right so I sent him a picture of the girls bag and the cost. The young girl has received a replacement bag but it has taken some time and effort. N.Z Coach services you need to up your game, if you loose someone's property I believe every effort should be made to compensate that person. Things only happened because I pushed for it. I understand accidents happen but put your hand up and take responsibility when needed.

this bus company asked drivers to do a long trip for 3 days pay $225 per day after the job completed they only pay 2 days. guy who owns this company is a liar and a cheat steer clear of him

Very inconsiderate company who lacks professionalism. They need to invest in a depot to store their buses over night instead on on the side of the road in residential areas.
