Great service - and they dried out my watch for free! (The local jewellers were charging $70 just to send it away for a quote). Highly recommend for helpful, prompt service and lovely staff.

Such an amazing bunch of people. Mr Minit in Coastlands mall is just fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. My car remote was not working properly and a new one was sourced and the work carried out really quickly. Check out their services, they seem to do a bit of everything these days and they do all of it REALLY well. Highly recommended.

Very happy natured franchisees. Double checked the details and provided costings for my engraving prior to commencing the work which enabled me to tailor my wording to suit the price I had budgeted. Nice and speedy service thereafter and a bit of friendly banter during the financial transaction at the end. Did a good job overall.

Took my almost new Citizen watch in for it's first battery change, and it watch came out completely ruined. I complained to the bad tempered woman there and she refused all responsibility for it, and said that said they used a penknife to try to open it. Took it to Pascoes and they showed me the tool that they would have used it was NOT a pen knife, but a tool with no sharp edges.The watch is ruined. The two guys that work, there were very, very helpful, but just didn't have the right tool.Feel pretty upset as my ywife had bought the watch for my birthday.

Great service, I just needed some batteries replaced in my Swiss made watch. The man behind the counter was very friendly and even timed my watch and gave me a warranty on the batteries.

My mother dealt with the older Maori lady this morning that was very rude/blunt to her. However, when she returned with my sister, who is half Maori (my mother being European) she all of a sudden had a dramatic change in attitude. My mother has just got out of hospital after having a tumour removed and having to deal with such a disrespectful lady, representing your company was very upsetting for her and all of us. I would reconsider her employment in your company and will be letting everyone know how she deals with certain customers.
