I had Jenny do my hair -- I got highlights and some layers done, and she did a phenomenal job. She took time to really understand what I wanted and the result went way beyond my expectations! She was so sweet and enthusiastic during the appointment and talking to her was very easy and enjoyable. She made me feel really great about my hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

first time getting my hair done by someone, had Jenny she was amazingg so kind and made me feel very welcome. Really didn't have a clue what to do with my hair so her advice was so helpful and her styling turned out perfect and just what I wanted :)))

Had a wonderful experience today, the head massage while they washed my hair was heaven. Jenny did an expert colour (very natural looking) and cut, and styled it beautifully. Looking forward to my next Vivo Northridge 'do'!

Had an amazing experience with Jenny! Went in to my appointment with an idea in mind for a purple/red balayage, Jenny totally nailed the colour and my hair is exactly the way I wanted it. I've been here several times before! I just had an appointment with Jenny a couple of days ago and I definitely rate it 5 stars! I got blonde highlights in my hair as well as a cut/wash/style and I walked out really happy with everything! One of my favourite things about it was the location of the salon, chill parking and big open windows made it so nice. I appreciated the care that was put in to the consultation before getting anything done to make sure I knew what I was doing. Jenny was really funny and lovely to talk to and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Was offered tea/coffee as well. + head massage was amazing!! Thanks so much, will be back!

Vivo Northridge plaza is amazing! I had Jenny and she made me feel so comfortable after some bad salon experiences. She created exactly what I was hoping for and more and she’s such a lovely person. Which made the whole experience incredible. Definitely will be coming back!Can’t wait to see her again! Go in and book with her, I promise you won’t regret it!!!Thank you Jenny, you’re incredible.

A fabulous team of talented stylists in a relaxed, welcoming, and non-pretentious environment with plenty of carpark available. Keelen is fantastic and is really passionate about what she does. She did an amazing job in highlighting my hair (in a save and gentle way) giving me clean blond with no yellow tones. Go see her if you are looking for a hairdresser who knows how to deal with bleached hair.
