Visited at mad-crazy time just before Christmas when store was super-busy.All staff were helpful and friendly even though they were probably run off their feet and looking forward to closing time.I love browsing and spending time at Paper Plus Stratford.

When my son went to find a toy and found one for $9.99 stickered on the toy, he was excited and took it to check out to find out its actually $99.99 and they won't honor the price that is displayed on the toy. Staff there was so rude made my son upset. She took the sticker off the toy quietly. I don't appreciate that she was being rude towards my son.
