Good Sale on at present.Bought a small High Sierra back pack to carry 2 lawn bowls when playing in Fours or Twilight 3Five.Good quality luggage, handbags, purses, wallets etc.

Above average customer service - went to pick out a carry-on bag in person and got great advice about warranties, etc. from knowledgeable staff. Well stocked shop too!

15 August 12noon I asked the assistant if I could take the stuffing out of a bag to see if my purse etc would fit. She looked at me blankly so I repeated what I said. Her response you don't have to shout!" I told her I didn't appreciate her rude attitude."

Really helpful older lady going out of her way to find the colours/styles I was looking for. She also have me great advice around which suitcase was the best quality. Bit disappointed in the way the younger woman with long black straight hair(manager maybe) rudely spoke to her about the process of looking up stock in other stores. This was in front of me and all the other customers. I was made to feel like I was a pain asking questions regarding other sizes/colours of the suitcase I was about to purchase.Left the store without a goodbye and couldn’t make a decision.

love the staff here... bags are good. got a bag on sale which was really good as I wanted a leather satchel, which can be expensive. However the ladies don't try to sell to you. they simply listen and show you a couple of options. That is how I like it
