Customer service here is poor. The staff had people waiting in line to be served while they were sitting on their phones doing no work and ignoring the customers. When Customers finally caught there attention, they came to front counter and picked up a sign from behind the counter saying back in 10mins" and with no apologies went on to say "we are busy collecting ourselves". This was the 2nd time in 3 weeks where we were denied service from staff. This is the last time I come here."

We just went there today for juice. The lady was very rude. I was waiting there from 10 minutes. She watching me continuously and afrer 10 minutes she told me we are closed at 5.26pm even closing time is 6pm. If you don't want to accept order you should let the customer know first not after waiting.

Ordered a Carrot/Apple juice , with kale etcTasted no carrot , she forgot to add the Kale. No apologies, try again ….kale wasn’t blended , ginger nor the Beetroot not existentTo cap it , paid by eftpos and got charged the credit card feeSeriously that’s terrible

Me and my sister waited to get served by one of the staff, she was standing by the blenders doing nothing and talking to a friend that did not work there, they both looked at us unbothered and continued to ignore us for the next 5 minutes.The drinks made here are yum although this isn’t first time here that I noticed customer service is poor.
