AMAZING service! We have used Eftpos Now for 2 events, and every step of the way, the service provided was quick, professional, and of the highest quality! From the query, to the quote, to the fulfillment of the machines, the post event reports, and collection - everything was fantastic! I couldn't fault them! Mel and AB were absolutely amazing! This is the first time I use service form EFPOST NOW! Fantastic professional service! I used a POS company before! They Can’t compare with EFPOS NOW! JASON and the team, especially Calvin! I work with him almost! He helped me solve and set up system like what I want to! And I have been to the office! They have a strong team, enough to help your issues and any problem with your POS! I have been a customer with Eftpos Now for many years. I find them a great company to do business with. Every year I hire an eftpos machine for my busy Fete season. I always find the staff excellent to deal with and very efficient. There back up team is awesome if a problem occurs with the technology. Their 0800 number puts you in contact with the technicians who are incredibly patient and solve any issues very quickly. The Eftpos machines are well maintained and up to date with the latest tech. Eftpos Now have a great team. They are very friendly, efficient with excellent customer service.
