Ive always been particular on who does my lashes, decided to try somewhere new and went in with my 3 month old baby to get my lashes done, she woke up towards the end of my service and the lady's were very helpful with keeping her company, beautiful service. I was so happy with my lashes aswell. Such a vibe ❤

Rochelle is the best. Lovely quiet environment with fantastic banter. As a nail tech, Rochelle has mad skills and knowledge. I look forward to my nail day and with her help get my nails back, which were munted by the last place I went to.

Not from here and they fitted me in at short notice they were really professional and had nice chats . My nails were done by a new staff member and looked great with the colour she suggested for me. Thanks heaps.

This place is amazing! 100% recommend!!! I was able to book an appointment two hours before and walked in late and they still worked it out to fit me in, the workers are so professional and so easy going. As a Maori it is nice to see some natives running and working in the store. The environment is so warm and welcoming I just loved it! Everyone that came in was greeted with a smile and a “how you been girl” as majority were regular customers. The nail work it self is so beautiful and the quality is astounding… always looking out for the clients needs and wants. I had also unfortunatly broken a nail the same night because of work and because I had a ball to go to the next day, they squeaked me in even though they were fully booked out to fix it. Melissa, the nail tech is extremely talented and although she didn’t have the right tools she was able to work with what she had and gave me more than what I asked for. I believe I can never go to any other nail place again! Thank you extreme beauty

I done my nails and got prints on 4 fingersI done my eyelashesAnd i done some waxingThe ladies were very warm welcoming and professional, i loved that not once did i feel judged in anyway they took there time there was no rushing and i was comfortable and yes the QUALITY is VERY Very good.Ive been to places all around Nz and Aus and this place with the quality of there greeting and service is by far hands down The Best ive been to where, in my opinion the price is very worth it, even the shop is also really nice.I would highly recommend this place.

The BEST hands down salon in Rotorua. You get what you pay for. Quality products. Quality staff. Quality Ownerand Operator! Chantelle Kelly and the girls are amazing and make you feel like one of the gang! I love it here x
