I had an issue with my address, so my parcel wasn't delivery in time. This would be okay if I haven't had to call Aramex 3 times to get my address updated. It seems like they were just ignoring my call and not updating my information, so my parcel is still delayed.

I wish I could leave a negative star like a lot of other people. Zero customer service when I inquired why they had held onto my package for 5 weeks. They lied and said my ref nbr for S&S wasn't on it but clearly it was. When I finally received it look at the damage. I've asked why they held it for 5 weeks and they refuse to answer. The company should be shut down.

I have been in contact with Aramex several times regarding a parcel delivery issue, but I still haven't received my package. During my first call, I was informed that the delayed delivery was due to the sender not providing a company name, which I believe is not a valid reason for such a delay. However, I provided my business name during the call and they promised urgent delivery within 1-2 days, but I still haven't received the parcel. During the second call, they abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Just a few minutes ago, during my most recent call, I was told that the package should be delivered next week. I had to ask what I should do if it doesn't arrive next week, but they simply told me to wait. I find it hard to believe that it's been 10 days and the package still hasn't been delivered from East Auckland to North Shore.

Garbage service, package still hasn’t arrived, I have called, emailed, ticketed and texted customer support, what availed was Auckland customer support not being Auckland based, severe english incompetence and a complete waste of time. If you really hate someone and wish to sabotage their life and future, and want to deliver a package to them, use Aramex Auckland.

would give 0 stars if I could. tracking says if it hasn't moved them contact them. shows parcel between Auckland and Dunedin. Auckland says they can't help. Dunedin says they can't help. Auckland can't provide me with a number to call for Aramex Auckland. Filled out 2 email queries, one 2 weeks ago and 1 last week. Only received the standard, instant reply with a link to tracking site. NEVER use these people.

Worst experience ever .. had to call every day for a week to get a parcel collected.. was ordered thru trade me.. the driver literally fibbed and said he tried to collect from the letterbox which was the agreed pick up instructions! I checked daily and it was in the letterbox the whole week! Each time I called the agent said they'd estimate the case and yet nothing ever happened and NO communication.This company used to be good but I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

For the third time my parcel was delivered by ARAMEX:1st parcel: they manage to change the box and it does not seem the original box anymore as the box are made out of 2 different kind of box (item came from US)2nd parcel: parcel came from Wellington and the item seal is broken.3rd parcel: plastic is broken and you can see and touch the item inside.I believe customs will not do this!Last area where items go is in their depot!This is not good at all!! Where can I report this company?

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never used them.After delivering the package to the wrong address. One of the customer service services staff acknowledged this, saying they would start an investigation. I heard nothing back for days. The next time I called they denied delivering it to the wrong address and began lying to me. They went so far as to say there was no signature, when on the tracking it had highlighted signature acquired. Since then they would not cooperate in any way in assisting me retrieve my packag. They did not answer emails or calls, avoiding your mistakes is no. Way to deal with them. Their customer service was appalling, lying to customer's outrageous.

First delivery ever received via this courier company and it was a pathetic experience.The package delivered had a big cut across the envelope. When customer service was contacted over the phone, they were an outsourced overseas company who had clueless and arrogant staff. One of them actually hung up when further clarification was asked for to what he was saying.When I went to their Auckland depot to return the damaged package the staff there tried to give strange reasons for the cut. A manager named Keith Kaimoana became quite rude when I refused to buy into his illogical explanations for the damaged package and I did not accept the same. He said they will tape it up and deliver it - which sounded really strange. He also clearly did not like when asked questions about their quality control procedure so as to allow such a delivery of damaged parcel to take place in the first place. Finally he was given no choice but to take back the package, which he angrily did.If managers of Aramex customer service are like this, how can one expect anything good from their subordinates or overseas based call centre. No doubt now as to why this company has such low ratings all across the board in NZ. Best if avoidedNB: All readers please do not buy into the response given by Aramex to my review. If they were really serious about improving things, it would have happened by now. See for yourself how many reviewers have been blasting Aramex's standard of customer service, and said their call centre staff actually hang up on customers. Don't think Aramex NZ is bothered about customer experience and complaints at all - only wants to keep earning money from their substandard service

Worst Customer service and delivery I've ever experienced. Delivery to Great South Road - our street sign was down due to construction work but 3 times courier couldn't deliver because they couldn't locate us. Perhaps they were just to lazy to get out of their van to walk a few extra steps.
