Mike the branch Manager handled the issue we faced in a very professional manner. He was very helpful and genuinely did a goodwill gesture by giving another pendant light to us.Huge thumbs for the management aswell. Light looks Fab. Thank you Mike for your understanding. Your a asset for this organisation. We will be back but if we are buying anything will pick it up same day instead :)

We found all our lighting in this shop. After very poor customer service from another place we walked in to this shop. We were given very good knowledge about lights and helped us to choose better products. Highly recommended for everyone. Thank you for service we received.

Excellent staff who do their best to help. While they didn't have the product that I wanted, the staff went out of their way to make me a list of other stores who might be able to help and even gave me their contact details. Really appreciated the help!

Outstanding service. Recently redid the lighting in two rooms and we were in and out of many lighting stores across Christchurch to find pendants and wall lights we liked. Then we found Lighting Direct and were impressed with their range of products and their prices. Not only did we kit out our rooms exclusively from this store, but the service we received, especially from store manager Mike, was really next level. Definitely recommend and we will be back for any future lighting needs.

Had a great experience with Mike the Branch Manager today, nothing was a problem even when I forgot to wear my mask in store, he had a lovely vibe and the conversation was detailed and supportive - staff like Mike need to be supported fully in these times when customers’ can be stressed - he was a delight, make sure you look after him as he does your business proud!

Apei was wonderful the both times I went in to store. Apei had a proactive and thoughtful approach with all the customers she interacted with. Apei was also observant with who was where and if they needed help. Highly recommended when you have service as good as that!
