Kingston TOP 10 Holiday Park

Stayed 3 nights recently in Log Cabin 9.Great location, comfy bed. Lot of road noise as the highway is right behind them. Still service was great and Kelly was a phenomenal host.

I often used to travel past this place and I stayed here once years ago, it is now a terrific setting and the cost of the log cabin is a fraction of a motel in Queenstown and as far as I’m concerned terrific value for money. The log cabins are well appointed quiet and warm. I’ll be back!!

I spent the weekend with my siblings at the Kingston Top10 Holiday Park and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling that way.I stayed in one of their standard cabins, which are dotted around the park, and it had the best bed ever with plenty of blankets, comfy pillows and an electric blanket. The room also had a fan heater, a TV and towels.The shared facilities are fantastic! There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and TV area with a log fire at the end.The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking, plates, cups and cutlery, and all you need for cleaning up after. They provide stickers to label your items and there were a couple of fridges and freezers.The other end of the building is like a covered outside area with more sinks, lovely big BBQs, 4 huge picnic tables and a big open fire...we spent one of our evenings in this space with the fire going and music playing.Outside there are more picnic tables, a trampoline and a big chess set. The main toilet block is also here and the showers are hot, have good pressure and are free.There is free WiFi, you just have to sign in every day you are there.Right next door is a playground and a tennis court.There is a good store and cafe just across from the camping ground, I went there for coffee after my walk and the cabinet food looked very tempting.Kingston is a beautiful spot and even though its growing it still feels like a sleepy, little town and is close enough to Frankton and Queenstown if you want to go shopping and to restaurants etc.I would definitely stay at Kingston Top 10 again!!!

SUPERB HOLIDAY PARK!!!Far cheaper than staying in Queenstown.Stayed in one of the newer log cabins ($150). Comfortable bed, TV and lovely warm shower.A very well run holiday park.

Great wee place tucked away.Called for a last minute stay with the 3 kidsClean spaciousHusband said the guy who served us was niceThe place has been done up looks really nice in the communal areaSite was plenty big enoughtoilets close byOnly thing that bugged us was the swarm of flies at one point. Was grose and I don't know why or where they came from but it was only late at night they were gone by morning bit random. (I hate flies) probably not anything that staff can do I did wonder if they were from the wee creek.Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Will be back

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, tidy facilities which seem almost brand new. Great place to base yourself if you want to bike some of the Around the Mountains bike trail. The staff were super friendly and helpful - and even handed out Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday! We will be back.

We only stayed 1 night 23/04 in motel room 8 & it was awesome so spacious 3 queen beds all really comfy room was nice & tidy even has a proper fridge & freezer not just the lil bar fridges & bathroom was awesome too seriously gotta be the best top 10s I've stayed at so far..

Quality holiday park, of the ones I've stayed at this was a really comfortable one. Extensive cutlery/crockery in the kitchen, inviting and warm wood ceilings and walls. Nice seating, plugs available, lots of space and windows. I've stayed at perhaps 5-10 various holiday parks in the south island, and had low expectations of this one, but I was proven otherwise. This is one of my favorite holiday parks so far on my multi month trip.
