Awesome team that puts the customer first. I went in to upgrade my phone on a 'deal', when the customer service rep looked at my account and the 'deal' I was far better to just by the new phone outright than have to change to the new more expensive monthly rates. Thanks Vodafone! Sorry..... One

Had my new phone sorted here with Mischa. He was very patient, knowledgeable and most helpful. Had everything sorted within 5-10mins, which could have been hours if I was to do it by myself online. He has made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Fine, no queues this time, so 1st in best dressed, helpful and wallet a tad lighter than when I went in, pity not in stock, so a revisit and some plus plus no doubt.

Dealt with Gemma when upgrading my phone and doing data transfer, etc. Lengthy process, which took almost 1 hour start to finish. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Explained everything clearly. Had answers to my questions. Great service.
