Pick up from the rest home was handled sensitively with my father-in-law wheeled out on a gurney under a discreet covering. Many residents turned out to pay their respects. In accordance with family wishes the cremation was conducted on the same day he died. We used an eco-coffin and there is a small and simple room at the crematorium where you can pay your last respects. The staff at the crematorium are down to earth and allow you to have your own space. We were able to watch the coffin being put into the furnace and the ashes were available next day. It provided quite good closure to be able to observe the process end-to-end without a lot of fuss from a funeral director.

I feel compelled to write a review after reading what I feel must be a fictitious review re John dragging someone down a hallway, having dealt with John for two family bereavements in the space of two years I feel our family were treated with the utmost professionalism, respect and dignity. I would have no hesitation in recommending John and his services
