I would highly recommend a deep tissue massage from Mike at Truelife Bodywork. He took the time to understand my past injuries, and tailored the session to suit my needs. Mike created a comfortable environment, and used multiple techniques to release my tension, leaving me calm and relaxed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I’m so happy I got in for a massage last minute with Mike and I had a wonderful experience over all! He was very sweet, professional and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I loved that he took the time at the beginning of the appointment to ask me about my bodily issues and my tender spots (I’ve received lots of massages and unfortunately that’s not always a given)! He found all my knots and released a lot of tension for me! Thanks for the good chats Mike! Hope to swing by at some point in time again:)

Mike is a fantastic massage therapist and tailors his treatment to suit your specific needs. I’ve had several massages with Mike and always feel very relaxed after each session. He uses the amount of pressure that you feel comfortable with. Mike is professional and easy to talk to and has a great way of explaining things in regards to body movement and functionality. Easy to find location. Would definitely recommend.

He’s thoughtful, takes the time to listen and assists my specific needs with the best and unique techniques. He creates a safe and comfortable environment making it very easy to relax. Mike's massage was intuitive and gentle yet very direct to points of stress my body held. He offers a very calming healing space where I was able to surrender and relax to receive healing energy and touch, to my tired achy body from weeks of travel. If I lived closer (I'm from the USA) I would definitely return for more. Thank you Mike!
