Sam helped me get through the process of achieving Code of Compliance on an older house, which included new balustrades on the deck, work to strengthen the subfloor, invasive tests and repairs for the weathertightness report and extensive works to make good a failing retaining wall. He is responsive, solution-focused, extremely hard-working and his workmanship is of high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your renovations or repairs.

I reached out to Sam to get a builder report done just before Level 4 lockdown came into effect so he was unfortunately not able to do the report for me, but he nevertheless continued to provide support and advice via text and over the phone. He certainly looks out for his customers best interests and I would not hesitate to reach out to him anytime I needed a report, renovation, or repair!
