Caci Invercargill

Super rude when I turned up to the clinic for my first consultation with my 5 year old. As soon as I walked in the door I was met by a lady (pretty sure it was the owner/manager after checking out photos on the website) complaining and being extremely rude about havingmy daughter in the clinic. Saying things like “it's for health and safety, there's no insurance for kids in the clinic, we are about to send out a big email to all of our clients” etc etc and that id have to reschedule. At this point I was shocked and told her not to worry about rescheduling. I had no notification that children weren't aloud in the clinic and I didn't think it would be an issue as I wasn't getting a procedure done. I only wanted to talk about treatments that were available. This was my first time in this clinic and this lady was nasty and made it out to be my fault and made me feel like I didn't deserve to be there because I had a child! She let me have the consultation in the end since I was only there for a discussion. The Lady I had consultation with was lovely but I definitely felt uncomfortable after how Iwas met at the reception. Would not recommend caci clinic Invercargill to anyone! No customer service at all. Really nasty experience!

The team were able to squeeze me in at short notice which I was very appreciative of. They are always flexible and friendly to deal with.

Staff are very friendly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable they offer a lot of different services that most places dont have

The girls from the caci clinic are awesome!!! They are awesome with communication (Im Deaf) and always looks after my needs when I go for treatments. They have become like family. I highly recommend as they teach you many things about skin and support you in how to look after your skin.- Jaime Randhawa

Horribly rude staff. No accessible way of entering the building also—up two flights of stairs. No warning that you cannot bring a support person with you, and the staff were very rude about this. Also, fake before and afters— they make you scrunch up your face to drop your brows beforehand, then raise them to make them look better after. Beware for many reasons.

I chose to schedule my treatment at Invercargill Caci clinic, after having read good reviews regarding customer service experiences... Well my experience today was awful!!! I have had the best experience so far with caci Mixhelle was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I'm so looking forward to my skin care journey because these ladies have made me feel comfortable and so at home!Thanks caci invercargill tou guys are beautiful

Super friendly team who make you feel relaxed and welcome. Highly recommend the Caci Clinic for any beauty therapy treatments!
