Brought valour luxe.... literally after the first vacuum areas looked like garbage. Its just getting worse and we're 2 years in. It stains, it clumps but where you don't walk is looks like new. Logged this issue and no one stepped up, no one really interested in their customer or product quality, spoke with reseller they just dismissed it thats normal, forgetting to actually take note of all the issues. I'm so disappointed in this carpet and the wider support.. I think I'll just go tiles going forward, at least they actually preform and pleasing to the eye.
