Is it really a good idea training" staff on the floor while ignoring customers. Had to walk way over to the other side of the store to get service only for the sales assistant to advise the 2 people talking to each other in the watch department were actually staff members

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by one of your retail assistants, Edu, during my recent visit to David Jones department store.My partner and I were shopping for wedding suits when Edu approached us with a warm and friendly demeanor. From the moment he introduced himself, it was evident that he was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect suit for the special occasion. He escorted us to a beautifully furnished dressing room and attentively inquired about my style preferences to ensure he could offer tailored assistance.Edu's knowledge about the Canali suits was truly impressive. He carefully selected a range of fabulous suits for me to try on, and his expertise was evident as each one fit impeccably. Throughout the entire process, Edu maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy. His genuine enthusiasm and friendly personality made the shopping experience truly delightful for both my partner and me.We were thoroughly impressed with Edu's service and the exquisite shopping experience he provided. It is evident that he takes great pride in his work, and his dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Love the food here!!! It’s fresh, fast and incredibly delicious! Quick and easy option if you’re on the hunt for a nice hot soup while shopping around West field shopping mall in New Market, Auckland.

Service was okay but dirty sunglasses, nose bridge covered in grease and make up from previous users. Once I cleaned it and tried it on, it was placed back without being cleaned. ( I wiped it myself) Majority of the sunglasses were dirty and unhygienic. If staff are just standing around not wanting to interact with customers then might as well start cleaning. For a luxury store, I found this place a little uninviting and lacks hygiene. Some items especially perfumes are over priced, you can get it cheaper elsewhere unless you prefer paying extra for the sake of purchasing something from David Jones and walking the mall with their labelled paper bag. Good things - ladies at the perfume area are much nicer then the ones near the hand bag area on ground level.

I love the products ! However, terrible customer service. Wanted to purchase a gift and the sales assistants at Jo Malone ignored customers even in a busy period - talking with themselves and acted very entitled when asking for assistance. When asking simple questions, they acted confused and didn't give clear answers which was a little bit frustrating.One lady said that they didn't have new products and tried to sell me a broken candle; when the lady before took out a new candle for me before my purchase.

The one and only David Jones in Auckland, but if compared to its counterparts in Australia, this one is quite underwhelming…but I’m not surprised. A lot of brands that other stores would have are missing, even if they do have the brands, the products available just aren’t as good. However, it’s already very good for NZ’s standard.

The customer service is disappointing. Product range is good but when a high end product is obviously sub standard and not performing as it should you would expect some action, rather than yet another repair. The accessories manager was unfriendly and officious, such a shame.

The worst customer service i have received in my life. I had a product issue and was being served by a member of staff and then the staff member stopped looking into my query to help someone else. David Jones don't stand by the products they sell and force you back to the manufacturer, who sorted my product issue immediately. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful shopping store has most of the clothing brands inside tommy, Saba, Witchery, Seed, Country Road etc. lots of beauty brands and perfumes are also available in the shop. Women’s section is on ground level. Parking at Westfield Newmarket Mall is free for 3 hours mon-fri and 2 hours on sat and sun, if you are Westfield plus member, otherwise it’s paid parking.

♿I like the good quality of apparel accessories and brands of this store2 floorswomen is at ground levelI like my labeled clothing items and a good variety to choose from .Hugo boss tommy hilfiger etc.I have bought a few pieces from here a jacket from Calvin Klein and bag from Tommy hilfiger .You would expect to pay top prices for the popular brands.
