I had an echo in my ear. One vacuum in a second and it was gone. She also picked up straight away on an ear nose breathing problem I had. Very skilled, Very quick and reasonably priced.

Sandy was an amazing tutor, so knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am an audiologist wanting to upskill in ear wax micro-suction and was lucky to able to observe and gain hands-on experience with Sandy, who has many years of experience working alongside Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialists in public hospital settings as well as in private clinics. I love the way how Sandy treated her patients and made them feel comfortable and informed. She is a great example of patient-centred care, treating each person with a friendly welcome to the clinic, and a personalised approach to their ear-related concerns. Sandy really listened and made sure that everyone walked away feeling better and/or more informed, addressing their individual needs. I am so grateful for the time Sandy spent with me, and would highly recommend her as an excellent clinician, as well as an insightful and helpful mentor. Thank you for answering all my questions and for being so encouraging! Keep up the amazing work Sandy!

I am visiting my family and my ears were blocked , I went and visited the clinic and had a great experience and my ears are fabulasssss.I highly recommend to to there.

Was very fortunate to get a last minute appointment after suffering a blocked ear for a couple weeks. Sandy was very professional and friendly throughout the appointment, taking the time to explain what the causes were and how to maintain healthy ears. The micro suction of the wax from both ears was superbly done and resulted in much needed relief. Thanks Sandy for being able to get this sorted - you were a definite lifesaver. Highly recommend!
