Sign contract and paid. Get email asking for payment sent replied saying it done. Then get another email asking for payment. Replied saying paid with screen shot. Sam said thanks I will get the freezer sent out. 2 weeks later still waiting for them to sent my gelato freezer. Emails going unanswered.Still no reply to emails I have changed bank 2 weeks ago Been trying to contact them but nothingVery bad company to deal with

Very easy process; was too easy to get the blast freezer that's made all the difference in helping Hokitika Townchip get ahead of our in-house production requirements.Would most definitely use again and would recommend SilverChef to others in the industry.

Had a good experience with Silver Chef. The first oven we ordered for our restaurant, Eight Plates, arrived with a shattered front door. But, they replaced the oven, and quite quickly too, as we were due to open that week!
