I recently visited SoundWave after developing a problem in my right ear. Cobus was fantastic - he took the time to thoroughly explain all the tests he was doing and the meaning behind each result. He emailed my report and referral the same day so I didn’t have any delay in contacting an ENT. I felt very supported and comfortable throughout the appointment - highly recommend Cobus!
