I went in to replace a pair of shoes I had purchased from the shoe clinic in Wellington that didn’t last 6 months. Tom’s service was outstanding. Friendly, professional and refreshing.

Back into the store today for my annual replacement of runners.Once again I can not fault the customer service from the minute I walked in the door.Today Ivy served and helped me and was brilliant.The same with staff in the past.Many businesses could learn alot from this business.Thank you.

I'd like to give you some feedback on one of your staff members, Jamie, who works at the riccerton Mall branch. His level of service is outstanding, product knowledge is exceptional, personal interaction,  and patience is what makes me come back to the store time after time.I called in this evening and was instantly recognized by Jamie. He remembered me as a previous customer and welcomed me back to the store. I'm very specific and can be quite a challenging customer, but Jamie always has a smile on his face and some humor to help me make a decision on what footwear to buy. I asked him numerous questions around different brands, models, and pros and cons on over 8 different shoes. Nothing is ever too much for him. The best thing is, this has always been consistent every time I go in. If only you got this level of service at every trader! Good on you, Jamie lad!

I’m still new on my running journey and suffered with back/ hip pain when I ran. Lucky for me I got talking to Sam and he recommended and fitted me with the perfect shoe. I’ve had my shoes for a few weeks now and haven’t had any pain. I Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I’ve even joined their run club which is nothing but a fun supportive group of people. Very pleased I came into this store!

I suffer Plantar Fasciitis which is super painful so I went in here to get some shoes that would help. The fitting process was great and the service amazing. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks I discovered the shoes were rubbing on the side of my foot. So I went back in and they assisted me in fixing the problem - I ended up with a new pair. Super great service and I will recommend to everyone
