We found Haven by searching for life insurance online. They were quick to contact us and set up a zoom call with our advisor Richard. He was warm, friendly and his calm demeanour took away the awkwardness of talking through a screen, even with lockdown i’m still not used to it nor am I even tech savvy. However Richard was still able to show us everything we needed to see when it came to who the best provider of insurance would be for me and my wife. We felt like we were kept in the loop through the whole process and even though we had only met Richard once, through a screen, we trusted his judgement was to be true to what we wanted from our policy.
