Always friendly and will go out of their way to get me appointments that suit me. My son thinks his dentist is awesome, he makes him laugh and keeps it relaxed during his visits for his braces being fitted and bands being changed.

I have been going to North Shore Dental for years to Dave. He has always looked after my teeth, and I have always get a friendly greeting when entering, and the reception area is warm and welcoming.

All interactions from start to finish were professional and helpful. Never miss my 6-month hygiene clean with these guys. Always leave feeling positive.

Anthony is the best! I am so happy with the results! All their Team is amazing, including the Receptionists, Dental Hygienists and Dentist Assistants. The Orthodontist Team is fantastic as well and well priced. Highly recommend to anyone!

Great with wisdom teeth removal! Two uppers extracted quickly and easily with Dr Scott clarifying any questions I had, including questions around cost, putting me at ease. Wisdom teeth removal is not a fun experience overall but I think I got the best care I could at North Shore Dental.

I have been with north shore dental for 15 or so years. I would highly recommend them. In February i had 2 wisdom teeth removed with Scott and he was AMAZING!! he was so clam and gentle and made sure I was relaxed and talked them through my nerves and the procedure. His assistant was amazing as well she held my hand when i needed it!! can’t recommend them enough!!

Lovely team and atmosphere. Pencilling an appointment in was so effortless, no waiting time whatsoever. Appears to be a very well organised team. Plenty of parking too which is always a plus.

The receptionist (not all) is very unprofessional and unfit for the role. I visited twice as a new client, both were served by the same receptionist (she normally sits at the very left when you step in ) when I went there the second time for dentist consultation (Scott), I told Scott that I need pricing details as I need to see how much repair can be covered by my insurance in this year, Scott told the receptionist to email me pricing but nothing has happened in more than 5 days. Also, during my second visit, I talked to another receptionist and she asked me if I was given a gift pack(toothpaste brush etc) as a new client, which was not given to me, and she said “oh sorry, how rude was that?! Every new client is supposed to have a welcome pack”(this one is good and thank you). I can see the management has done a lot for customer care including Feedback emails, gift pack etc, but all of these is wiped off by unfit receptionist, gift pack is a small thing, delaying sending out quote might not be serious, but these little things make difference, as a client, we can see how the staff follow the company procedures.
