Thank you Triple Star for your professional and honest service. We met Eason at the property and he discovered that the carpet was already cleaned 2 weeks ago by thoroughly checking the carpet. He decided to cancel our appointment on the spot and refunded our fees. We are so impressed with Eason's honesty - He is one of the most upright person I have ever met. Thank you Eason!
