I have come here for a couple of different items that I needed to be altered (hemming and taking in jeans, taking in the cuffs of a corduroy jacket) and I will definitely continue to come here for anything I need patched up or altered. I went to see if Navi could help me with some finishing details of my wedding gown. I had it shortened, added a bustle and had a dimante belt stitched on. I was beyond happy with her assistance and skill set. She went above and beyond to make the dress fit the way i wanted. I'd had an Indian garment (semistitched) which needed finishing for my wedding too. There was much work that went into ensuring the Indian clothing was altered to my size- as I am plus size- and shape. We are talking about taking apart skirt panels, putting them back together, adding side zip and hooks-THE WORKS! She did all this and more to ensure that the garment was to my liking and expectations. Navi has great customer service and many years of experience behind the skill set She has developed. Her attention to detail is next to none. She prides herself in the work that she does and this really shows in the quality of her work. I highly recommend her services. As it turns out she's also done alterations for wedding dresses for other friends of mine. If your a plus size bride and your unsure on where to go...GO SEE NAVI! She builds the confidence of the women she works with to empower them so that they feel beautiful on the inside and out. The final product of my wedding attire -both Indian and western- had me looking and feeling like a sexy, curvaceous woman! Her work sits on the body and hugs in a very flattering way.
