Got our girls second hand bikes this morning. Not only were they very affordable, but we have peace of mind that these were refurbished by passionate and knowledgeable bike mechanics. Shout out to Tyson for his help and attention. Came with freebies too! We are glad to have found this little hub!

Tyson, Sue and team were so helpful and supportive of me, helping set up my new bike properly (turns out it's much easier to ride when your handlebars are on the right way!), giving advice on how to maintain the bike and how to do everything from change gears to getting it in and out of my car properly. After a 30 year break I'm now loving being able to cycle around my neighborhood. Thanks so much for this amazing community service!

Tyson is the most helpful person in Auckland when it comes to biking. Although they did not have two bikes ready for our needs, he gave us very valuable information, free maps, and helped us find another secondhand shop where we found what we needed

Fantastic service offered here. Took my bike for a tidy up and service as it had a few issues. The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Got it sorted quickly and learnt a lot about bike maintenance in the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.
