Popped in here this morning to ask if dogs were allowed and ended up staying for breakfast. Not only were we welcomed warmly, so was my dog with treats. Staff and service was amazing, I had the pancakes with mango which were exceptional. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend, will definitely be coming back.

We stopped over for a breakfast and were looking for a spot that was kid-friendly. The outside seating and the little play area caught our attention while driving past.Portion sizes were very reasonable and they could cater for a full gluten-free breakfast by confirming ingredients and swapping out items as needed.Good coffee.There were well-maintained toilets for patrons and wifi if needed.The outside area is fenced off (a low fence) that makes it a bit more soothing on the conscience for people with little ones running around.The outside is also pet friendly.

Had lunch here a few days ago on the patio. Warm greeting, excellent service, tasty food, choice of seating in dining room, comfy lounge, on the patio or outside, relaxing ambience. Had spicy chai latte and mango smoothie, both well made and tasty. Cuban and Chicken toasties with chips, both sumptuously delicious and filling. Lastly, a South African dessert with custard, very good. Enjoyed the experience, happy to give 5 star review! And will return when travelling through Taupo. Hi5" Montevideo!"

Amazing breakfast! Hubby had eggs bene and bacon and I got a frittata. Portion size was fab. Presentation fab. Fast, brilliant! Now I hear they are looking at serving bariatric size meals too which will be absolutely amazing and be a game changer for where I eat! Coffee second to none as well. Look forward to visiting again!

Great place for lunch. The Buttermilk Chicken is fingerlicking good.Also the Turkish eggs were wonderful with Jalapeno oil. Yummy

Only had cabinet food, they had clearly forgotten about one of the food items as we had all finished eating before they came over and asked if we were waiting for anything else. They brought it out after this , was luke warm/cold. Someone then came over with a thermometer and asked if it was warm enough, not something you want to see in a Cafe. Definitely more on the expensive side also. Would of been one star however the coffee was nice.

Had the most awesome breakfast, even had an item that wasn’t on the new menu, the Turkish eggs which were amazing. Definitely will return and highly recommended.

Order a large coffee - the medium is quite small. The carrot cake was delicious, but WHY do they use that overly sweet, powdery, fake cream cheese icing? Other than that, it was lovely, GREAT staff, clean, inviting premises.
