I bought an eye lash curler that warmed (battery operated). It stopped working after 2 weeks. I went to return it and explained that I had no receipt because it HAD worked, now it is not. The manager asked me to find the bank transaction. Due to it being at another location (30+ min away) he wouldn't exchange the product for me. VERY poor service.

Had a terrible personal experience. The specialist perscriptions in-fact were NOT free and costed $15 per item!the pharmacist also spent no time in explaining my medication and instead I left feeling like their staff were being forced to upsell me items I did not need nor ask for.

Great service, helpful staff. Very friendly and welcoming :) will continue shopping there!

I've never been in a chemist warehouse that the staff were unwelcoming and rude. I've been in multiple times but today was my final. I'm local but would rather drive to wairau as the pharmacist and staff are lovely . 1/10 experience

Wow what a different atmosphere shopping at the New Milford Chemist Warehouse. I wish I had taken the name of the gentleman at the pharmacist counter as well as the 2 lovely sales lady that helped my daughter and I. These members were extremely helpful in giving us information about products and offered up a variety to choose from. They took the time to explain why certain products were better than others and were clearly not price driven. I cannot stress enough how grateful my daughter and I were receiving the most amazing and compassionate service. It was evident these wonderful staff members are focused on customer care and wellbeing.For the store... it is really neat and tidy ...the only down side is like other Chemist Warehouse's the store layout can be quite tricky in the sense where some products are not where you would expect them to logically be.. for example NOT keeping all baby, maternity and or breast feeding products within the same proximity can make it harder to locate the items, this may be a marketing strategy...., However this is where staff presence make up for that little inconvenience.

Definitely the nicest CW I've been to! Good lighting and good merchandising means you can find what you need without straining your eyes
