Recently purchased a second Suzuki Lets 50cc scooter from salesperson Mike at Colmans Motorcycles after owning my first one for two years.Couldn't be happier as a customer.Thanks, Mike.

I went in looking for a specific item. The price didn't appeal, so i didn't stay long. No staff member approached or acknowledged me at all. I went straight to a competitor across town, where I received a better price and great service. I won't be going back to Colemans.

Unprofessional organization. Unable to keep promises. Advising one thing over the phone and to my surprise a completely different story on arrival. Staff on the Service side are terrible to deal with. In my opinion it was like I was a bother to the young man. Its a shame as the sale side is amazing to deal with when I purchasing my bike early on in the year.FactsPhone - Was told an hour.Arrived - Hey mate its going to take a few hours. Leave the bike with us.Don't promise an hour if you don't intend to keep it. Unprofessional!

Amazing staff!! Mike and Alistair are always very welcoming and friendly. Bought my bike new here and take it in for a service and check up whenever I need. Very knowledgeable and approachable staff from shop to workshop and always keen to help where they can. Best service every time

I highly recommend Colemans (Suzuki) Motorcycles to everyone. I have reached the point where I can appreciate you. The story is long and not over yet. Colemans Suzuki was a great help to me with infinite patience in my direction. Thank you for your patience Yuki. He was the first person I came into contact with from the team. I tip my hat. I have only positive experience with him. Mike is the second team member whose nerves I got on without success, he remained patient and cooperative. I met Alistair for the first time in person when I was looking at the color of the new motorcycle. Everything was done in the best and kindest way. I discussed it with him afterwards. I thank you so much for everything. I hope I can still get back to you positively with the insurance company, but I will definitely share the final result with you as a lesson for others. I was with the new motorcycle at the first service... I didn't remember the name of the service guy due to my mistake, but it was a very positive experience. Overall, I can only give positive recommendations for the entire team. Thank you for everything so far. Unfortunately, I have a big dispute with the insurance company, but that's on the other side

Amazing people, great place to buy gear and motorcycle. Alistair and Mike are friendly and easy to deal with. Trade in and purchase process took less than 30 mins, no pressure no hassle and they had my new bike ready within a day. Yuki from accessories department was also very helpful and made sure I’ve ordered the right part despite the lack of information from the manufacturer’s website. Thanks guys.

This place has all kinds of bikesMostly second handsThey have workshop as wellAlso they sell motor bike gears as wellNot too many car park at this place but you can find few on the street (Auckland council) paid onesLots of parking for BikersThey are open on Saturday half day and working days onlySunday closed

I came...I saw....I rode out on my new bike.....That easy.What made this a great experience was how helpful Alistair and Coleman Team made it to a newbie looking for LAMS, after not having riding a bike in over 30 years.The bike had been prepped for my visit, too see, smell and feel how she rumbles at the press of a button, and a twist of the adrenalin knob, or Defibrillator knob at my age.Recommendations and options were added to the bike without any drama, with a pleasing result, and communication over email was really quick with their replies.The team upstairs did a brilliant job in finding the best riding gear based on my budget, and their experience of what works. Anything that was not on the shop floor, was ordered in and was ready by the time I had collected my ride.Thanks again to Alistair, his Team and Colemans for a great and hassle free experience.Safe riding ahead.....
