Just got myself a car from water view cars they definitely know there stuff there team is amazing would highly recommend going there in the future

Bought a car here mid August from a guy named Jamie (good guy), noticed I only got 1 key fob and wondering if I could get another one, and was told I would get anothet for free by Christmas, nothing wrong with the car.Came January, no updates from them, so gave them another month.Month passed and contacted them, Mike mentioned he will contact Jamie and for pricing.Got a response from Jamie, and was told to wait till middle of the year...I just can't wait any longer, went to another place to get a spare new key fob coded for $150.Good sales guy, but made false promise...

Extremely rude. Questioned if I'd even be buying today before I could take a test drive. Looking at how all the other reviews mention not pushy I'm wondering how trustworthy they are

Brought rx8 1 year 6 months ago first kiwi owner. In this time I've done 10 thousand kms and now have compression test of 60psi. 14k car that has lasted 1.5 years. Don't take water views cars word that you are buying a great car. Have it checked out your self.

Went in to Waterview cars over the weekend to look at a couple of options they have available. I was extremely impressed with the salesperson there. Wasn't pushy, took his time with us and in all had a great experience.

I'll start with the good, they are very nice. However, don't expect that the car you ordered is in the condition that you were promised or that it will get fixed in any sort of reasonable time. When our car arrived there were several issues, Water View agreed to fix as it was not in the condition it was supposed to be in. We emailed them the items that need to be fixed and agreed on a day to drop off the car. Only a few items were fixed as they ran out of time or the mechanic wasn't ready. Dropped the car off several different times, but one item still wasn't fixed. The seat heaters did not work and I was told Kiwis don't use the seat heaters, which doesn't really matter if I paid for a car with working seat heaters. It took 6 months of phone calls, text messages, and emails before they finally fixed it. Each time I was told that the part was coming in or they would take a the element off another car that hadn't yet arrived. The seat heater was has finally been fixed (after 6 months) and it mostly works.

I have just purchased my second car from the team at Water View Cars. Both Mike and Jamie are fantastic to deal with and know their stuff. They have always been quick to deal with any questions. I have not experienced any major issues with the vehicles purchased. I will keep coming back as they stock some super cool cars, are professional, friendly and super helpful. Thanks team.
