By simply glancing at my face shape, he was able to make several recommendations that saved me a lot of time of looking and trying on every single pair they had on display. Amazing customer service! I originally ordered two pairs of glasses with a prescription from a different optometrist. When the new glasses arrived it was clear the other optometrist's prescription was not right for me, so without any fuss or hassle the amazing staff at the Bailey Nelson Albany store helped me get everything sorted. I am very grateful for their 30 day guarantee, as this could have been a very costly and troublesome ordeal. Thanks again to the amazing team. I am definitely coming back again.

Service ok but hidden costs in the deals and a pain to get contacts. Also went back in a month after last purchase to complain that film was coming off my lenses and was told to wait a bit longer? For what?Will try somewhere else next time

Fantastic service. The staff really understood what styles I was looking for an what would suit me. I'd nipped off to OPSM to grab my prescription, and by the time I'd come back they had found about 8 different pairs which I could try, one of which was REALLY different to everything else I'd looked at, REALLY suited me, and one of the pairs I ended up getting. Cheers for being really patient with my indecision over lens types too!

I went in to order prescription sunglasses to be made (multifocal/progressives) and while the employee that served me was lovely, they didn't seem to know much about how to place my order - it took quite a while and they put my prescription in incorrectly. Luckily when I went in to pick them up another employee said they had picked up on the mistake and corrected it. I had only popped in by chance as I was already at the mall but had not received a notification to say they were ready, however they had been ready for a week and I had not been notified - they said a text message had been sent so possibly just a receiving error. Then another employee started to adjust them for me and then handed them to my friend to try on as she wasn't really paying attention to who she was serving. The staff are friendly and the glasses seem good quality but I would just like a bit more care next time regarding the service and my order.

The staff and onsite service is good, the 2 pairs classes all are good.I ordered 2 pair glasses on Sunday, after 2 hours i want change one of two to the tint class, then i was told by the staff that order can't be change because they have put the it to the system.I would understand if the glass already under producing, but can't get why can't change the order if nothing happen yet.

I've used this store twice in the past few years and the service has always been great. Before my recent visit I actually went to a store in the same mall and was disappointed when I wasn't greeted by anyone in the 30mins I was there. And I was the only person in store. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the doors at B.N and the young woman serving me went above and beyond. I picked up some cute styles too and a great price. Yayerrr.

poor customer service and communication from the staff. When I’ve placed the order I specifically asked for a thinner lenses, knowing that the frames are thin. the product ive received at the end wasnt what was promised, hope the staff wouldve been more helpful during the ordering and explained a thinner lense wouldve been required. Very dissapointing purchase.
