Latitude Homes King Country and Waikato South

Lee and Ross at Latitude are amazing and fully deserve a 5-star rating. Our build has been so quick and efficient, on budget and completely stress-free. We had a tricky site with quite a lot of covenants to meet yet with their expert help and guidance, getting our home started was simple and fun. Watching the build take place has been impressive and we can't thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication in making our home become reality.

We have been in our new home built by Latitude Homes King Country for a couple of weeks now and we are so happy with the house. The whole build process was practically flawless from Ross and Lee, they have great communication throughout the build and made it super easy for us to know how it's tracking. They even let us use a couple of our own trades to save abit of money. The workmanship throughout the house is amazing, with only very minor touch ups at the end. The whole thing went super smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks heaps!!

Ross and Lee have given us an enjoyable and worry-free building experience. They liaised well with us during the build. Have been in our new home build by Ross, Lee and the team for about a week now. We are so happy with it. The build was a dream and was finished a month ahead of schedule. Communication was just excellent any time we had a question it was answered promptly and the weekly updates were very exciting. We made contact with Lee initially because Latitude Homes allowed us to be a part of the build which suited us.
