Last year we started considering to buy our first home. I Tried going directly to the bank to try and understand the process, but for an appointment, I had to wait for a couple of days and only then I was able to talk to a loan advisor for 1 hour. For that I had to take time off work and physically visit the bank and in the end, I was given a booklet with all the steps.This wasn't going to work for me, as if everytime I needed to talk to someone, I had to go through the customer service to book an appointment and that whole thing was frustrating.A friend then recommended Stuart to me and I texted him to schedule a time to meet and discuss. The next thing I know is he called me within half an hour, talked to me for over an hour answered all my questions and made me confident that I can achieve the goal. We were a few thousand dollars short on the deposit. It took us 2 months and once we were ready, I sent an email, with all the questions I had and telling him that I am ready to move ahead. Since then, I am not even sure how many times I've called him to ask questions and trust me, they were not all related to mortgage. From what are the different types of cladding to how much shall we put an offer for on this house. He has answered each and every question with so much patience. He was the most important part of the whole home buying process. Take him out and we would still be in a rental trying to understand the process.Once the house was finalised he gave us advise on how we can pay off the loan quicker, how can we structure and split the loan so we can raise our equity quickly. All those advices, we can now see, how they are benefiting us. We never had to take a single day off work or travel to his office to talk to him. He just handled everything.I would definitely recommend Stuart and Kimberly to anyone who is out in the market.
