amazing service from the girl called naomi i think! she was very helpful and attentive - i was looking to upgrade from my wired earphones and she gave me plenty of options, i was happy to purchase my new air-pods - super impressed, it was actually the best service from spark i've ever had! give this girl a bonus! thanks naomi!

Staff were as helpful as they could be. Took a brand new Samsung S22 Ultra back as it was faulty and wouldn't work. They won't replace it till it's been sent back and inspected,even though it's only been taken out of the box and charged! Means the customer has to wait and then take more time again to come back to the store and collect a replacement. Terrible customer service process. Not my fault the phone is faulty, it shouldn't cost me my time and money to get it replaced!

I have been a customer for 6 years, still am. Have bought 3 devices and have always received good customer service until today.The lady (blonde, young) who was trying to cover up her name ID as she knew she was very rude, not only to us customers but to a trainee, I feel sorry for the trainee guy. Lady, learn the first thing about customer services, be polite and patient at all times!!!! This is the worst experience I have had with spark.

A feel a bit sorry for the staff at times. Their PC system is from the 90s it often seems. Could do better with prices. Over charging kiwis since the beginning. Cannot stand that they brand phones at start up without any actual discount or benefit.

Very bad service, they don’t want to deal with customers , Sukhvar do something and do not want to talk to the customers. It was on the 10 th of February. Very unhappy

ZERO stars, you guys should close your doors, quick to take a persons money, estimated delivery is a joke, have to wait to get a refund, rather go to another vendor. Bloody disgusting. Don't waste your money here.

Felt invisible.Just come back from Spark Queensgate and so unimpressed!!I stood and waited for a while whilst they all finished with their customers and watched as they all disappeared out the back...never to return.Twice the only chap left in the shop turned away from me as he walked past refusing to even acknowledge me.In the end I had to step infront of him and ask him to get someone to come out and serve me. When the door opened they were all in there having laughs and joking round whilst I waited.I was told sorry but they have all been busy...yeah right!In the end the young man who served me did an ok job, but wouldnt hurry back again.CUSTOMERS people they are the reason you have a job.
