The Terminus

Love these historic building refurbs. Cosy New York style loft apartment stay. We'll designed place with some good eateries nearby. Suffered from noise with the main road running past it, but earplugs were provided. Nice touch!

Best place to stay!Everything you need is in the apartment. It’s like coming home at the end of the day.Great location, easily accessible to everything. Parking is a breeze across the street (only $7 for all day 9am-6pm) and you can pay via the app in your phone - how easy.Easy, clear, consistent communication and information.I loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

Totally happy with this accommodation. Loved the look and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay again and do not hesitate to recommend to others.

Very welcoming, loved the brekky supplies (apples, muesli, bread and spreads) well stocked kitchen. Clean modern apartment within an old building with an interesting history. Great reno! Only short walk to city and museum. Only downside is parking is paid during business hours.

We stayed for 5 nights while enjoying a short holiday in Dunedin. We stayed in Apartment 6, a two bedroom space. The Terminus was the perfect place to stay. Central, easy parking, walking distance to most central locations. The apartment was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings in a rustic clear brick wall setting. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return.

Had a fantastic two-night stay at Terminus! The space is cool, a well considered blend of historic features and modern touches (much admired by the engineer in our group). Right in the Warehouse Precinct - delicious food and coffee are steps away. Walking distance to everything and very convenient pay and display parking options. Antonia and Steve were excellent hosts, self check-in and privacy with great communication. They have though of everything, plenty of little touches to make things comfortable. Can't wait to visit Dunedin again and stay at The Terminus.

After a three night stay at The Terminus, we couldn't be happier. Location is the trendy heritage precinct with easy walk to key cultural (and sporting) attractions, quality cafes and restaurants. We found plentiful parking for our rental car and (compared to other cities), cheap! Our apartment was warm, welcoming, quiet, trendy and well equipped. Standout though is the heritage architecture with its exposed brick, beautiful windows, high ceiling spaciousness and sense of history. As another guest remarked, It's like a New York loft."I loved starting my day here ... sitting up in bed (well-propped by generous pillows and firm cushions) with a freshly ground coffee
